- Personal Information Provided by You: We collect names; phone numbers; email addresses; contact preferences; contact or authentication data; professional information (such as portfolio images, descriptions, specializations, languages spoken, country, website URLs); and other similar information. Please note that we do not collect billing addresses or debit/credit card numbers directly. This information is handled by our third-party payment processor as detailed below.
- Designer Application Information: If you apply to become a designer, we collect information such as your display name, first name, last name, phone number, country, project type specialization, languages spoken, personal website URL, professional description, and portfolio images/files (e.g., furniture plans, preliminary designs, 3D visuals, detailed drawings).
- Payment Data: We do not collect or store any payment data such as credit card numbers or bank account details. All payments made on our Services are processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor, via their secure, self-hosted portal. When you make a payment, you will be redirected to Stripe's portal, and any payment information you provide is submitted directly to Stripe. - Publicly Visible Information. Certain information you provide, such as your display name on testimonials or parts of your designer profile (if applicable), may be visible to other users of the Services.
